What we collect
When you use our forms, we receive your name, email address, company and message, and your phone number if you provide it.
Why we use it
We use these details to answer you and follow up on your enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and, where relevant, steps before a contract.
Marketing email
Where the law allows it, we may send information about our services to business email addresses published on company websites. Every marketing email includes a way to opt out, and we respect every request.
Anonymous statistics
On the home page and the company brain page we measure clicks, visible sections, scroll depth and the referring website. No cookies, IP addresses or visitor identifiers are stored. The data is deleted after 180 days, and we respect browsers that ask not to be tracked.
Cookies
We use only technical cookies needed for the site to work, such as your language choice and session.
Who processes the data
Our website and data are hosted by OVHcloud in the EU, and our email is handled by Microsoft. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and manage our relationship. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to its use, and receive a copy. Write to kontakt@novakern.dk. You can also complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) or to the authority in your own country.
